James Peace joins the spdo ranks

Six weeks after Klein-Menting joined the team, spdoRacing made their first signing of 2009 on Monday evening as James Peace - a 14-year-old Briton - joined, following a short period without a team.

While Peace - who has been active in Live for Speed for a little under a year - is best known for his MRT5, Formula XR and Formula BMW driving, the Brit is also keen to get to know the Sim's other rear wheel drive machines.

Away from Live for Speed, Peace enjoys an exciting karting career, and is likely to be a driver to look out for in the coming years.

Active team member Patrick Schuelter was pleased following the signing, with the German expressing his confidence in Peace's potential.

"James has constantly been improving since he started in LFS and has grown into a really talented young driver. I expect him to keep improving and I'm sure he'll do the team proud in the next few years!"
